The house is not bad. River view is very good.
The floor plan can be better and
no convenience store near by nearby.
The house owner bought it six months ago and wants to sell now.
I give him an advice,
"There are lots of data of your construction project.
Let's check it out."
房子還可以, 河岸景觀不錯,
格局有些不滿意, 附近生活機能稍差,
原屋主買半年後丟出來賣, 我要奉勸他,
"實價登錄網站很多該建案的資料, 自己去看看吧!!"
